  I'm from Alberta and was on a 10 day downhill mountain bike trip covering Fernie, Panorama, and Kicking Horse. The day before my trip I picked up my brand new bike from my local shop; the problem was they ordered the wrong coil spring for the rest shock. As such I started my trip with the rear shock not set up for me. I called dozens of bike shops in Calgary, Lethbridge, Fernie, Invermere, Kicking Horse and Whistler to find spring with no luck. I was fortunate enough to get a hold of Aaron Clark at Columbia Cycle in Invermere and he went above and beyond helping me set my bike up for my trip. He helped me called bike shops and suppliers from across Canada and finally track down a spring and have it shipped ASAP to the shop. In order to enjoy riding while I waited for the spring to show up he helped set me up with a temporary solution to get out for some runs with my son. All of the staff and the owner Scott were extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us. I would recommend this shop to my friends and will be back to give them more business.
